Quality by design based development of nanostructured lipid carrier: a risk based approach

چکیده
The aim of this review is to discuss the development nanostructured lipid carrier (NLC) by application quality design (QbD). QbD started with evolution concept and slow adaptation guidelines, which has now become a regulatory requirement. In review, brief history elements including risk assessment (RA) have been discussed followed experiments (DoEs) that acts as tool analyze input whose variation can optimize output desired goal. NLC versatile delivery system researchers widely use it administer therapeutics different physicochemical properties. surface be modified, making suitable targeting potential for therapeutics. Implementation provides high-quality robust formulation consistently meet patient’s requirement throughout its life cycle without compromising safety effectiveness drug system. This discusses concepts systematic DoE. Process analytical technology (PAT) six sigma also included benefit in optimized NLC.
